1. Rebates: Provider for all major health funds (pending cover).

Accommodate both DVA and Medicare referrals. Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan Holders will receive a minimum medicare rebate of $58 for each allocated session. 

2. Cancellations fee: Due to the significant disruption to our work flow & to value our own time and expertise, we now charge a 50% cancellation fee for any session cancelled within 48hours of appointment time. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
